Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. Drivers use the app from any phone's browser for assignments, chat, and location sharing — no ELD device or extra hardware required to get started. If you already have Samsara or Motive hardware installed, you can connect it too for hands-free truck tracking.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes — a dedicated Android app is on its way to Google Play, wrapping the full dashboard with native camera and GPS support for drivers. In the meantime, the web app works great from any phone's browser.
What does it cost?+
Starter is $19.99/mo for up to 3 trucks, Growth is $59.99/mo for up to 10, and Fleet is $149.99/mo for unlimited trucks. Starter starts with a 30-day free trial and no card required. Growth and Fleet require a card upfront and start billing right away. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can more than one person dispatch?+
Yes, from the Team page in your dashboard. Starter includes 1 admin/dispatcher seat, Growth includes up to 10, and Fleet is unlimited — upgrade anytime to add more.
Can I track where my drivers and trucks are?+
Yes. Drivers share their live location automatically while they have an active assignment (no separate app or hardware needed), and you see everyone on a live map from the dashboard. If you already run Samsara or Motive hardware, connect it for hands-free truck tracking on top.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard — no phone call or email required.
Is my company's data visible to other companies on the platform?+
No. Haulstats is multi-tenant from day one — your shipments, drivers, customers, and financials are only ever visible to your own team.
Can drivers submit proof of delivery?+
Yes. Drivers capture a signature, a photo, and the receiver's name right from their phone when a load is delivered, all attached to that shipment's record automatically.
Do you help with truck maintenance and fuel tracking?+
Yes. Log fuel purchases and maintenance tasks per truck, get reminded before something's overdue (by date or by mileage), and a failed driver inspection can open a work order automatically.
