Getting started

The four things to do before you dispatch your first load: create your account, add your fleet, add your drivers, and — if you need one — add another admin.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to /signup and fill in Company name, Your name, Email, and a Password (8 characters minimum), then submit with Create account.
  2. You get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required — the plan picker only shows up when the trial is ending.
  3. Check your email for a confirmation link. It expires in 24 hours, and you need to click it before you can log in.

2. Add your trucks and trailers

  1. Open Trucks in the sidebar and fill in the truck form: Unit number (required), License plate, Make, Model, Year, Status, Insurance expiry, and Fuel level (%). Submit with Add truck.
  2. Optional: connect a Samsara or Motive ELD by entering its API token/key and clicking Validate & choose vehicle. Without this, the only way to track the truck is your driver's phone GPS, which needs the driver's permission.
  3. Open Trailers and add each one with Unit number (required), License plate, Type (dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker, or other), and Status. Submit with Add trailer.

3. Add your drivers

  1. Open Drivers and fill in Full name, Email, and License number (all required), plus Status, License expiry, Medical cert expiry, Phone, and emergency contact fields. Submit with Add driver.
  2. A temporary password appears once, in a banner right after you create the account. Share it with the driver immediately — it will not be shown again.

Deleting a driver removes their login account too, not just the driver record — the confirmation dialog spells this out before you can confirm.

4. Add another admin (optional)

How many admin seats you get depends on your plan: Starter includes 1 (just you), Growth includes 10, and Fleet is unlimited. Every admin has the same access — there's no separate, lower-permission "dispatcher" role today, so anyone you add as an admin can dispatch, manage the fleet, and see billing.
